This CPD explores the critical considerations for designing and specifying building materials in corrosive environments. Mark will guide participants through the science of corrosion, the environmental factors that accelerate material degradation, and practical design strategies that help mitigate long-term risk.

The session will also cover aluminium alloy properties, temper designations, and why roof and cladding profiles made with PERMALITE® aluminium offer superior durability in harsh conditions. Attendees will also receive a sneak peek at the new PERMALITE® Architectural range of roof and claddings.
