Justin Skene will present The James Hardie Modern Homes Forecast 2026. This session will introduce James Hardie’s most future-focused report to date, developed in partnership with global trend forecasting company WGSN. The Modern Homes Forecast translates global design signals and local consumer insights into a forward-looking perspective on residential housing in Australia.
