Nicholas Stewart from James Hardie will present The James Hardie Modern Homes Forecast 2026, introducing the company’s most future-focused report to date. Developed in partnership with global trend forecasting company WGSN, this session translates global design signals and local consumer insights into a forward-looking perspective on residential housing in Australia.
The presentation will explore emerging modern home design trends and evolving homeowner preferences, providing valuable inspiration for building designers and practical insights that can be applied to current and future projects.
