Start Capturing. LiDAR Scanning and Point Clouds for Building Designers\, offering a practical demonstration of how LiDAR scanning and millimetre-accurate point clouds can transform the building design workflow. \nThis session will explore how site capture can be taken through to CAD in under 48 hours\, with real project examples across residential renovations\, heritage assessments\, commercial fitouts\, and projects involving complex geometry. \nMembers will also see a live demonstration of the NavVis Ivion platform\, providing insight into how virtual measurable tours and high-accuracy point clouds can support more efficient and accurate design documentation. \nThe evening will also provide an opportunity to connect with fellow members\, exchange insights\, and engage in valuable networking within the local building and design community. \nIf you are unable to make it in person\, please register and contact admin@bdqld.com.au and we will provide a Zoom link.
