The Industry Ready Series returns for its second session, bringing together two building design professionals to share their experiences, career journeys, and practical insights with the next generation of industry talent.

Joining us on Thursday 12th March are two presenters with very different paths through the industry – offering students a rare opportunity to hear both an established voice and a recent graduate perspective in the same afternoon.

Haydn Ruysch, Director at Michael and Ruysch Building Design, brings over fifteen years of experience and a state award-winning portfolio to the room. Haydn’s passion for the craft and his genuine enthusiasm for mentoring the next generation make him a standout voice in the Queensland building design community.

Alex White is a recent TAFE Southbank graduate now working as a building designer at Wink and Co. With a background in photography and a love for the design process, Alex offers something uniquely valuable – the perspective of someone who has just navigated the same transition students are currently facing.
