In this tour, we'll vew a variety of projects and hear fascinating insights from the designers of residential dwellings, plus a guided tour of the HOTA Outdoor Stage (where the State Design Awards are being held) and Gallery, learning behind-the-scenes stories and insights of the design and evolution of the buildings.
The BDQ Design Tour is a very popular event which sold out quickly last year, so get in and secure your place early!
Tour Information
The tour will leave from, and finish up at, the Crowne Plaza in Surfers Paradise. Please meet in the hotel lobby at 9:50 am ready to board the bus. The bus leaves for the tour at 10:00 am. We will have water and snacks on the bus but please bring your own refreshments if you wish.

We will be visiting a construction site. Please be aware of your limitations and only move around within your own abilities. You must be wearing closed-in shoes and a high-vis vest will be provided for you. You must wear closed-in shoes on the HOTA tour as well. Please observe the guidelines set out by Queensland Health regarding COVID-19.
